Job summary

IFF is seeking an action-oriented programme leader to drive the global transition from Danisco to IFF for Animal Nutrition & Health. Based in Leiden, you will convert brand direction into a controlled implementation plan while protecting customer continuity and market access.

• Requires 5+ years of leading complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into focused, disciplined execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the integrated programme charter and roadmap with milestones and budget view.
• Lead delivery across Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, Technical and Operations teams.
• Align activation with brand positioning and ensure customer continuity across markets.
• Maintain governance cadence, milestone dashboard, risk/issue register, and escalation processes.
