Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences with a Leiden base. The role coordinates regulatory and documentation transitions to protect market access and maintain customer support across the Animal Nutrition & Health portfolio.

The specialist will manage technical reports, product documents and labels during the Danisco-to-IFF transition, ensuring complete traceability and auditable closure across regions and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory operations and document management.
• Ability to manage complex documentation across products and markets.
• Strong accuracy, organization and follow-through in high-volume records.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, Quality, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Experience with auditable records and document control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition of reports, labels, SDS, and docs across products and markets.
• Support preparation and tracking of product registrations and revalidations.
• Maintain a complete transition register for owners, dependencies, and status.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Regulatory, Quality, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Ensure traceability and auditable closure of document updates.
• Identify missing information and schedule risks; escalate to experts.
• Provide updates on product readiness for customers and market continuity.
