Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. Based in Hilversum, Netherlands, this internship focuses on internal marketing for IFF Taste, bringing our innovation story to life across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

As an Intern Internal Marketing Taste, you will work with Innovation, Marketing, Product Development and Commercial teams to develop campaigns, visuals, and storytelling, while gaining hands-on experience in a world-class organization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field.
• Interest in food, beverages, flavors, and trends.
• Excellent English communication.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting in December.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal marketing campaigns for IFF Taste innovations.
• Create posters, infographics, videos, digital content, presentations, and newsletters.
• Design concepts to make innovation visible for regional employees.
• Use visual storytelling, QR codes, interactive content, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Marketing, and Technical teams to identify stories.
• Support events, innovation showcases, and internal campaigns.
• Maintain consistent visual identity within IFF guidelines.
• Measure engagement and propose improvements.
• Contribute ideas to connect employees with the innovation journey.
