Job summary

Hilti is seeking a BIM Lead Modeler for its Competence Center to lead multiple global modeling teams and drive BIM delivery on large international projects. You will onboard and mentor modelers, enforce standards and workflows, ensure quality, and coordinate with project managers and engineers.

Proficiency in Revit (Navisworks/Dynamo a plus) and English at B2 level are essential. The role offers a dynamic, inclusive environment in the Netherlands with opportunities to influence cutting‑edge BIM

Qualifications

Master's degree in structural, civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture.
Minimum 3 years hands-on BIM Modeling experience and coordination.
Proficiency in Revit; Navisworks and Dynamo are preferable; PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assess model quality and information availability from customers in early project phase.
Create project models following PM framework to encapsulate information.
Adapt to client project requirements to enhance productivity within Hilti's workflow.
Incorporate design input from the Lead Engineer into modeling and output services.
Collaborate with internal and external BIM Modelers on issue management, QA/QC, clash detection, and communication with the Lead Engineer.
Generate outputs to support Hilti use-cases such as prefabrication and digital-to-field applications.
