Job summary

Hilti is seeking a BIM Lead Modeler to drive modeling and delivery at our BIM Competence Center in the Netherlands. You will lead multiple global modeler teams, set standards, and ensure quality across projects.

You will onboard, mentor, and coordinate with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to advance BIM workflows and outputs like Jaibot and PLT. The role requires a master’s degree, 3+ years of BIM modeling, Revit proficiency, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in structural, civil, mechanical engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on BIM modeling and coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory); Navisworks and Dynamo preferable.
• English at least B2; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess model quality and information availability from customers.
• Create project models using PM guidance.
• Engage with client projects to adapt requirements.
• Incorporate design input from Lead Engineer into modeling.
• Coordinate with BIM modelers, manage issues, QA/QC, clash detection.
• Produce outputs for Hilti uses-cases (prefab, Jaibot, PLT).
