Leap29 is looking for an experienced BIM / Architectural Modeler to join our client in Hengelo. This role offers a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

You will develop and maintain Revit models, prepare construction documentation, and coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with Dutch standards. The position requires fluent Dutch and experience in the Dutch building market. Join a supportive engineering environment and work on exciting projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of BIM/Architectural modeling experience in the Dutch building market.
• Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with various building project types.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models (Architecture/Structure).
• Prepare 2D drawings & construction documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers & project teams.
