Jobster in the Netherlands is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to introduce our clients' technical solutions to new and existing customers through proactive outreach across industries.

You will drive revenue, manage your pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop intercultural skills. The role offers hybrid working with an international environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as industrial solutions or manufacturing.
• Fluent in Dutch or German and English (C2 level).
• HBO or WO education; industry study is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to new and existing clients to present technical solutions.
• Strengthen sales skills and knowledge of products, market, and processes.
• Drive revenue via outbound and inbound activities and meet targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and nurture client relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Management and Business Development teams.
• Strive for continuous performance improvement and development.
