Piano, a global leader in Digital Revenue Optimization, seeks a marketing leader to drive growth across demand generation, content, product marketing, partner marketing and communications. You will command a European-based team, report to the CEO, and contribute to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Led marketing for a B2B software business at scale (CMO/SVP or equivalent).
• Owns a pipeline number and can discuss funnel math, cost per opportunity and payback.
• Scaled a demand generation engine.
• Simplified messaging across a portfolio to read as one platform.
• Experience selling globally, especially to enterprises in Europe.
• Experience in PE- or VC-backed environments.
• Fluent with AI and how it changes team workflows.
• Coaches teams, strong writer, decisive and comfortable disagreeing.

Responsibilities

• Scale demand generation. Make the engine reliable, then scale it while managing cost per opportunity; own the pipeline model.
• Simplify the story; improve product messaging to highlight customer impact.
• Unify branding: one platform, one story; expand analytics and subscription infrastructure across markets.
• Lead product marketing, partner marketing, communications, and customer events; assist business development where relevant.
