Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate asset management in the Netherlands.
• Hands-on refurbishment or repositioning project experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, cash flows and ESG data.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and implementing value and sustainability enhancement strategies for assets.
• Developing and monitoring business plans, cash flow analyses and capex budgets.
• Negotiating leases and overseeing tenant relations to optimize occupancy and cash flow.
• Coordinating with external advisors, property managers and project teams.
• Supporting in investment decisions, acquisitions and dispositions with ESG considerations.
