Job summary

New Balance is seeking a senior leader to direct Allocation and Operations for DTC across EMEA, driving scalable distribution for Full Price, Factory Outlets, and digital channels. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with global teams, and optimize store-level assortment with data-driven decisions.

You will shape regional allocation strategies, coordinate with planning and retail technology, and ensure timely launches and stock availability across channels.

Qualifications

• Allocation experience in a management position from a retail background.
• Experience in and knowledge of supply chain processes, technologies and efficiencies in a retail landscape.
• Adaptive to and instigating new processes and ability to drive change.
• Strong multi level team leader with forward looking ability.
• Process orientated, analytical and organised, willing and ability to participate on global projects to improve and challenge processes based on analytics.
• Ability to adapt communication styles to all levels within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee allocation team (10+) for Full Price and Factory Outlets to hit store sales targets and scheduling.
• Oversee, lead and manage pricing and promotional requirements ensuring omni-channel consistency.
• Develop and manage Inventory Operations to harmonize pricing and stock across channels.
• Guide teams to understand store profiles and improve allocation processes across regions.
• Monitor weekly store capacities and stock levels to guide allocation decisions and risk signaling.
• Lead localized assortment creation and adjustments across Retail channels, pre- and in-season.
• Collaborate with Planning to forecast for peak trading periods by country, cluster and store.
