Job summary

New Balance in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Allocator to lead our DTC allocation team across inline stores and outlets. You will monitor stock levels, analyze trends, and drive optimal inventory decisions to maximize sell-through and revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Planning, Buying, Logistics and Store Operations, mentor junior allocators, and present reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Precision in handling inventory to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Effective cross-functional communication across departments.
• Experience with inventory management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DTC allocation team by replenishing stores stock using APTOS.
• Analyze sales trends, stock levels, and store performance to optimize allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Buying, Logistics and Store Ops.
• Develop allocation strategies to support sales targets and seasonal trends.
• Generate and present allocation reports to senior management.
• Mentor and develop junior allocators to improve team performance.
