Job summary

New Balance is seeking a senior leader to build and scale allocation and operations across EMEA Full Price, Factory Outlet stores, and digital channels. You will lead a high-performing team, shape data-driven assortment, and collaborate with global partners to unify ways of working.

Expect key governance with Retail Ops, Planning, and Buying to drive growth. The role emphasizes localization of assortment, store profiling, and capacity planning while ensuring timely deliveries to maintain sales

Qualifications

Allocation leadership experience in retail setting is required.
Strong analytics, process orientation and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the allocation team to ensure steady product supply across store and e-commerce channels.
Lead pricing, promotional requirements and inventory operations across omni-channel.
Collaborate with Planning, Buying and Logistics to forecast peak trading periods by country and store.
Drive improvements to allocation and replenishment processes with global teams.
