Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the Netherlands is seeking a Global Air Logistics Customer Integration Expert responsible for delivering high-quality data integration solutions that connect our systems with customers and partners worldwide.

You will support project coordination, documentation, and solution design, validate EDI/API specs, map data, and ensure smooth go-live with cross-functional teams across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of data integration or related technical project experience.
• Experience with EDI and API integrations preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support MA-OV Team on data integration solutions and design.
• Provide consulting on data integration solutions.
• Lead data integration projects per MA-OV processes.
• Validate EDI/API specifications and perform mapping.
• Coordinate programming slots, prepare systems, test integrations.
• Provide go-live sign-off and post go-live support.
• Document project progress in Jira and JSM.
• Ensure proper handover docs for future support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge.
