• Extensive experience managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong commercial negotiation capabilities with long-term agreements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and change leadership skills.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global aftermarket strategies for spare parts and services.
• Lead supplier performance management programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize inventory management and lifecycle cost across the network.
• Build and manage strategic OEM relationships and long-term framework agreements.
• Lead a global team of category management professionals including succession planning.
• Collaborate across procurement, asset management, maintenance, operations and supplier management.
