APM Terminals in The Hague seeks a Head of Digital Operations to lead the global product organisation supporting terminal operations. You will steer strategy, lifecycle management, and delivery for platforms spanning planning, execution and customer-facing solutions.

You will operate at the intersection of operations, product, technology and analytics, balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day realities while ensuring measurable value across a global network.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in complex operating environments.
• Proven ability to translate operational challenges into product strategy and investment.
• Experience leading large product or functional teams, tens or more.
• Strong supplier management, contracting and commercial negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Operations Digital Products organisation.
• Prioritise investments across a diverse product portfolio serving terminals globally.
• Ensure roadmaps align with operational priorities and long-term strategy.
• Balance innovation, stability and value creation across the portfolio.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across operations, product, technology and commercial teams.
• Measure value realisation after implementation and iterate based on outcomes.
• Develop and strengthen global product capability and leadership.
