Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Ads Policy Lead to drive large-scale policy research and development for Reddit’s global advertising platform. This senior individual contributor role partners with Legal, Sales, Operations, Product, and Trust & Safety to tackle cutting-edge challenges and enable responsible opportunities.

The role reports to the Head of Ads Policy and requires strong policy development capabilities in dynamic environments. No people management responsibilities are involved.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, standards, or policy development and implementation.
• Proven ability to independently research, draft, implement, and maintain policies in fast-paced environments.
• Deep subject matter expertise in advertising or content policy on an international scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, drafting, and maintenance of strategic advertising policies across Reddit's ads products in the EMEA region.
• Draft risk assessments and strategic policy recommendations for senior leaders and executives.
