Job summary

Wellis Health is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up delivering an integrated health platform in the Netherlands, expanding to Germany. This brand-new role focuses on go-to-market, growth and expansion for Germany, with ownership of revenue growth, new customers and churn.

You’ll start lean, shape dedicated German roles, and report to the CEO while collaborating with the leadership team. You will build the German organization, drive weekly data-driven decisions, and work with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Track record leading GTM, expansion or growth in a scale-up or startup.
• Deep knowledge of the German market, preferably in health, e-commerce or digital health.
• Strong ownership, data-driven decisions, honest and direct communication.
• Experience building teams and scaling revenue.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own German revenue plan and media budget, scale live German funnel across channels.
• Know the German landscape and inform leadership with market moves.
• Make weekly growth decisions based on data and unit economics.
• Design and hire the German team as volume grows.
• Align Germany on roadmaps across product, data, care, pharmacy and finance.
• Use AI daily and build automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Ensure trust, compliance and medical quality with external partners.
