Bever, the leading Dutch outdoor retailer, is launching its German webshop and seeks an E-commerce Lead Germany to own the market entry from day one. You will coordinate merchandising, content, pricing, CRM and marketing to accelerate growth, optimize the platform, and deliver a compelling customer experience.

Fluent German plus English or Dutch, 3–5 years in German e-commerce or online trading, and strong digital marketing and analytics skills are required.

Mansioni

• Act as the central point of coordination between merchandising, content, pricing, CRM, and marketing teams to accelerate growth in Germany.
• Drive the commercial success and continuous optimization of Bever’s German e-commerce platform.
• Own product content localization, SEO performance, and brand consistency for the German market.
• Develop and execute the commercial trading calendar, campaigns, promotions, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with the central performance marketing team on the setup and optimization of paid digital channels to maximize traffic, revenue, and ROI.
