Job summary

Qabird in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in English and German to join our international team. You will act as the main contact for partners across Europe, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints, and collaborating with sales. Proficiency with SAP and Excel is preferred, and a customer‑focused mindset is essential.

This is a full‑time role based in Rotterdam with a market‑level compensation package and travel costs coverage up to €250 per month.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a similar customer care role.
• Good command of English and German.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for partners across Europe via phone and email, handling orders and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and sales to maintain strong relationships.
• Manage orders using SAP and Excel, monitor status and delivery.
• Review processes to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Use vendor portals to support daily operations.
• Provide product information and practical solutions to queries.
• Support accounts receivable and marketing.
• Maintain high service levels for internal and external customers.
• Assist B2B and B2C colleagues as needed.
