Job summary

Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing pharmacy. We seek a Manager Medical Customer Service to lead an interdisciplinary team of pharmacy technicians, nurses, and others, owning patient intake, medical files, and treatment support.

You will drive structure, ownership, and meaningful process improvements to elevate customer outcomes. You will partner with medical experts, product, and tech teams to deploy digital tools and smarter workflows that boost satisfaction and clinical

Qualifications

Education: Pharmacy or Medicine (or related fields).
Experience: Demonstrable experience (2+ years) leading larger teams (5+ people).
Big plus: Experience in a scale-up, e-commerce, digital health, or direct-to-consumer environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the Medical Operations team, driving KPIs, hiring and development, and maintaining high standards of patient care and operations.
Improve the intake process and patient journey to ensure first time right files and efficient service delivery.
Contribute ideas on digitalization and deploying features like chat/check-in calls to improve treatment outcomes.
