Job summary

Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up aiming to transform digital patient journeys. We seek a Product Manager for web and app to own the roadmap across the full journey, from first visit to long-term engagement, and to turn insights into shipped improvements.

You will work with engineering, design, data, and medical operations to drive conversion, retention, and satisfaction, with a strong focus on data-informed decisions and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's level education.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for web platforms and mobile apps.
• Experience in healthcare, subscriptions, or marketplace/e-commerce environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Role is 100% AI- and agent-enabled with examples expected in process.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Wellis's web platform and mobile app.
• Define, scope, and deliver initiatives across the digital journey from first visit to long-term treatment and subscriptions.
• Run experiments with CRO to improve conversion, retention, and user experience.
• Work with UX/UI and engineering to ship features for weight management, subscriptions, and wellness platform.
• Analyze user behavior data, feedback, and medical insights to identify friction and opportunities.
• Set clear product objectives and track metrics like conversion, adoption, retention, and NPS.
• Align and manage stakeholders across medical ops, customer care, marketing, and leadership.
• Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and learnings.
