Job summary

Dutch Talent in Amsterdam is seeking an organized coordinator to ensure a smooth order management process for international customers. You will process orders, prepare documentation, manage inventory, and create picking lists while maintaining accurate administration and pro forma invoices registered in the EDI system.

You will daily communicate with German retailers, sales representatives, warehouse teams and customers, bringing a proactive attitude to an international, dynamic work

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative work experience.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and prepare required documentation in the system.
• Manage inventory levels and create picking lists.
• Prepare pro forma invoices and register them in the EDI system.
• Communicate daily with German retailers, sales reps, warehouse teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate administration and ensure smooth order management.
