Jobster in Moerdijk is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage daily order flows, monitor stock, and ensure data accuracy in a fast-paced international environment. The role focuses on structured processes and data-driven coordination, not sales or logistics planning.

It is a full-time, office-based position with on-site work and periodic weekend shifts. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport partners, processing orders in real time and ensuring timely deliveries

Qualifications

• Experience in a structured administrative or customer operations environment
• Strong affinity with systems, processes, and data handling
• Excellent Excel and ERP systems knowledge
• Highly accurate, detail-oriented and methodical
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communicator with calm, clear under pressure

Responsibilities

• Acting as main operational contact between clients, suppliers, and transport partners
• Managing and processing daily orders in a real-time system
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability and accuracy
• Detecting and resolving potential issues proactively (e.g., delays, discrepancies)
• Collaborating with quality control, warehouse, and planning teams
• Maintaining precise order documentation and data integrity across systems
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and team efficiency
• Shift work on-site, with weekend shifts approximately every 5-6 weeks
