Job description

Overview of Position

As a member of our European Claims team, your main responsibility will be to assess and resolve insurance claims. You will work with one of the largest telecom brands in the Netherlands, providing service to ensure their customers receive assistance with claims in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phone or gadget. We seek candidates who have an excellent command of the German language, good listening skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with our customers.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• General office demands.

Working Hours

38 hours a week, 5 days per week between Monday and Friday, 09.00–20.00, and Saturday 10.00–17.00.

Benefits & Compensation

We offer a monthly allowance of €45 net for health and wellbeing, a monthly holiday bonus, 28 days of vacation plus public holidays, and additional days earned for absences. A €50 net birthday allowance is provided. The gross monthly salary is €2,550 net per month. The role supports hybrid working: a home‑working allowance and a travel allowance are paid when you travel to the office. Part‑time work is possible and negotiable.
