Job summary

Assurant in Amsterdam is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Associate to support insurance claims for mobile devices.

This fixed-term, seven-month contract offers hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home after training, with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

You will guide customers through the claims journey, answer inquiries, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service.
