Job summary

Orbisk helps professional kitchens stop wasting food, using AI-powered cameras and scales. You will target DACH hotel groups and hospitality operators, doing high-volume outreach to secure meetings with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors and GMs.

You will be in the office four days a week, learning quickly by working alongside AEs and senior leaders, and you will directly influence real cost savings and emissions reductions through your outreach.

Qualifications

• German at native level and fluent in English.
• 2+ years of customer-facing sales or outreach.
• Experience in hospitality, foodservice, sustainability, SaaS or tech sales is a plus.
• Ability to engage senior decision makers and maintain momentum.

Responsibilities

• Own a named account list in DACH: hotel groups, contract caterers and hospitality operators.
• Make high-volume calls daily to chefs and GMs.
• Run email and LinkedIn outreach and adjust when needed.
• Qualify opportunities to protect AE time.
• Handover meetings with context and next steps.
• Keep CRM up to date with all activity and outcomes.
• Join kitchen visits, trade shows, and AE ride-alongs in DACH region.
• Share learnings at weekly commercial meetings.
