Job summary

WP SEO AI in Amsterdam is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to build our outbound pipeline for the German market. You will own outreach, speak with business owners, and contribute to our international expansion from our Amsterdam office.

Join a fast-growing, bootstrapped scale-up and earn a €3,500 monthly base plus uncapped incentives, with top performers earning well above €3,000 extra monthly.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and good English are required.
• Experience in outbound sales and contacting customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Interest in tech and marketing plus a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into opportunities.
• Reach out to new prospects via calls, email and LinkedIn with outbound focus.
• Convert high-quality leads provided by RevOps and book meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handovers and higher conversions.
• Analyze performance and continuously improve weekly.
