Job summary

FlexiTog is hiring a German-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Helmond, NL. You will manage supplier invoices, ensure accurate coding, and support with supplier inquiries.

This fixed-term, full-time role requires 3–5 years in AP, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluent German for communication with German-speaking suppliers.

Qualifications

• German language skills required to communicate with German-speaking suppliers.
• 3–5 years’ Accounts Payable or related experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, PO matching and supplier reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills.
• Accurate, organised and proactive with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, including PO matching, coding and payment preparation.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and maintain AP records.
• Resolve invoice and payment queries with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support month-end/year-end close, reporting and audit requirements.
• Drive improvements to AP processes and support finance transformation initiatives.
