Job summary

FlexiTog is hiring a German-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Helmond, NL. You will process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate supplier records while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AP experience, strong German language skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. This role offers hybrid working and exposure to an international business across Europe.

Qualifications

• German language skills are essential to communicate with German-speaking suppliers.
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or related experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, PO matching and supplier reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Accurate, organized and proactive with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices and expenses, including PO matching, coding and payment preparation.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate AP records.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Support month-end/year-end close, reporting and audit requirements.
• Ensure AP processes follow company policies, financial controls and payment procedures.
• Identify payment risks and escalate where appropriate.
