Job summary

Qargo TMS is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in the Netherlands to enhance client relationships and satisfaction post-implementation. The role includes training clients on the platform and offering insights for optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience, a background in account management, and be fluent in Dutch, English, and German. This position allows flexible working hours and regular travel to clients across the country, particularly in the North-East region.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Knowledge of container transport is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with clients post-implementation.
• Schedule quarterly business reviews and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Monitor client usage and performance for added value opportunities.
