Job summary

Qargo is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager in the Netherlands to guide new customers from kickoff to go-live, ensuring a smooth transition, strong user adoption, and measurable improvements in daily operations. You will tailor platform configurations, deliver hands-on training, and act as the bridge between customers and internal teams.

Expect regular travel across the country, with emphasis on the Eastern region (Venlo–Eindhoven–Den Bosch–Nijmegen) and frequent collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• Operational background in transport or logistics, or similar experience with SaaS.
• Experience implementing complex SaaS solutions and logistics workflows.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys variety in their work.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused with a passion for excellent onboarding experiences.
• Proactive, organized and flexible in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding from kick-off to go-live and aftercare.
• Analyse current workflows and translate into efficient Qargo setup.
• Configure the platform and deliver hands-on training for day-one use.
• Serve as main contact during implementation and ensure satisfaction.
• Support pre-sales by analyzing client needs and providing input during demos.
• Capture insights and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to improve the solution.
• Travel regularly across the country to meet customers.
