NIO Inc. is seeking a 3-month full-time internship with our Partnerships & PMO Team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on accounts receivable recovery for the German market, requiring native German (C2) and solid English for internal collaboration.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts, communicate with users by phone and email, and support case handovers to external partners. Successful candidates will have relevant customer-facing experience and exposure to billing/CRM systems, with a keen eye

Qualifications

• Native German with C2 level; strong English for internal collaboration.
• Prior customer-facing experience is preferred (customer service, call center, etc).
• Experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections is strongly preferred.
• Full-time internship with 40 hours per week for 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Support the Risk Management team in recovering outstanding receivables across NIO's product and service portfolio.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of German market user accounts: research cases in billing, invoicing and CRM, document activity, and follow through to resolution.
• Contact users by phone and email to clarify open balances and arrange suitable payment terms.
• Support handover of unresolved cases to external partners and act as day-to-day contact for those cases.
• Keep account information accurate across systems, including payment agreements and status changes.
• Identify invoicing discrepancies and flag issues to finance/operations for quick resolution.
• Support receivables and aging reviews and report progress, cash collected and key accounts to Risk Management lead.
• Contribute to improving communication templates, call guides and escalation workflows.
