Job summary

Jobster in Tilburg is seeking an Account Executive for Germany to develop and maintain strong business relationships across the country. The role covers the full sales cycle from sourcing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with both new and existing customers.

You will work with the Head of Sales, marketing, and AI specialists to source leads, deliver demos, negotiate contracts, and grow accounts while traveling to clients and trade fairs as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in sales, business development, or commercial support (transport industry experience also considered)
• Proven ability to build and manage a client portfolio from scratch
• Experience handling complex accounts and solution-based selling

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships across Germany
• Source and qualify leads with sales support and AI specialists
• Deliver engaging sales demos to clients
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with portfolio customers
• Drive upsell and cross-sell with Customer Success
• Collaborate with country partners and marketing to manage accounts
• Attend trade fairs and travel as required
• Contribute ideas to product and marketing teams
