Stage Entertainment is seeking a GEO/SEO Lead to shape how audiences discover our productions across Europe. You will orchestrate SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies, collaborating with Product, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Content teams to drive visibility and ticket sales.

You will lead cross-market initiatives, monitor AI search developments and drive improvements in content, site structure and performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in SEO, GEO/AI search, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading SEO strategy at a senior/lead level in an international, multi-market environment.
• Strong expertise in traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) with AI-powered search impact.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the SEO and GEO roadmap across the Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain.
• Establish search visibility as a key commercial growth driver aligned with E-Commerce and business objectives.
• Monitor AI-powered search developments and translate opportunities into actionable strategies.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value and technical feasibility.
• Develop Stage Entertainment's approach to AI search and answer engines; optimize content structures and metadata.
