Job summary

Stage Entertainment Operations B.V. is seeking a GEO/SEO Lead to shape how millions discover our shows across Europe.

You will define the search visibility strategy across multiple markets and collaborate with Product, E-Commerce, Commercial and Content teams to drive ticket sales and brand growth. You will lead technical, on-page and content SEO improvements, monitor performance, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in SEO, GEO/AI search, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading SEO strategy at a senior or lead level, ideally within an international and multi-market environment.
• Strong expertise in both traditional SEO and GEO, with understanding of AI-powered search.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge including site architecture, structured data, crawl/index management, and performance.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content and Commercial teams to translate strategies into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SEO and GEO roadmap across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with Product, E-Commerce, Marketing and Content teams to translate opportunities into strategy.
• Drive technical, on-page and content SEO improvements across the digital ecosystem.
• Lead cross-market collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
• Define success metrics and monitor rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Manage and develop internal resources and external agencies.
