Stage Entertainment in Amsterdam is seeking a GEO/SEO Lead to shape how millions discover our productions across Europe. This full-time, hybrid role combines strategic vision with hands-on optimization of SEO, GEO, content, and technical improvements.

You will collaborate with Product, E‑Commerce, Marketing and Content teams to translate search opportunities into measurable business impact, supporting ticket sales and brand growth across markets including the Netherlands, Germany, France and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in SEO, GEO/AI search, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading SEO strategy at a senior or lead level in an international, multi-market environment.
• Strong expertise in traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SEO and GEO roadmap across the Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain.
• Establish search visibility as a key commercial growth driver, aligned with E‑Commerce and business objectives.
• Monitor AI-powered search developments and translate opportunities into actionable business strategies.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value and technical feasibility.
• Develop Stage Entertainment's approach to AI search and answer engines (GEO).
• Lead keyword and search intent strategies tailored to markets and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content and Commercial teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Define success metrics and performance frameworks for SEO and GEO initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders and manage external SEO/GEO partners.
