Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Product Specialist - Gen AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect) located in Amsterdam or Paris to serve as a deep technical expert in Gen AI and ML.

You will bridge Product Management with EMEA Field Engineering and Sales to drive adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You will develop best-practice guidance, work on reinforcement learning use-cases, and help translate research into production-grade AI applications for enterprise customers, while

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI and Deep Learning solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern Deep Learning: Transformer architectures, PyTorch, and distributed/multi-GPU training.
• Experience with pre-sales selling is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in customer-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gen AI best practices through blogs, webinars, guides, and technical know-how to the EMEA technical community and beyond.
• Work with sales and FE leaders to drive Gen AI adoption across EMEA.
• Provide informed, data-driven input to influence product strategy and priorities for customer AI deployments.
• Guide large-scale enterprise Gen AI engagements, serving as a trusted technical advisor to senior tech leads and executives.
• Collaborate with customers on Gen AI use-cases translating research into production-grade AI applications.
