Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Product Specialist - Gen AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect) to be a deep technical expert in Gen AI and ML, connecting Product Management with EMEA Field Engineering and Sales teams.

You will help customers deploy agentic AI systems within the Lakehouse paradigm and drive adoption of Gen AI features. You will be located in Paris or Amsterdam and collaborate with key accounts on challenging Gen AI use-cases, including reinforcement learning and fine-tuning strategies,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on with LLMs and modern DL: Transformer architectures, PyTorch.
• Experience with SFT and RL-based methods for policy optimization.
• Ability to advise customers on GenAI architectures and translate requirements.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark skills and customer-facing strength.
• Excellent communication; pre-sales experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gen AI best practices and thought leadership to EMEA.
• Collaborate with sales and FE leaders to drive Gen AI adoption.
• Influence product strategy with data-driven customer conversations.
• Provide technical oversight for enterprise Gen AI scenarios.
• Work with key customers on Gen AI use-cases from research to production.
