Job summary

ASML is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen quality governance and hands‑on shop‑floor execution within Manufacturing Services (MFS). You will merge quality systems, governance and day‑to‑day practice to turn quality intent into concrete actions close to operations.

You will lead ISO9001 audits, drive nonconformance follow‑ups and embed learning loops to ensure improvements are sustained across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a comparable technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and continuous improvement of quality governance within MFS.
• Strengthen the structure and effectiveness of combined quality team meetings.
• Standardize how quality topics are escalated, reviewed and followed up.
• Execute internal ISO9001 audits, facilitate external ISO9001 audits.
• Establish and maintain a strong end-to-end non-conformance follow-up structure.
• Ensure NCs, audit findings and assessments are translated into sustainable improvements.
• Strengthen learning loops so outcomes are embedded into governance and daily operations.
