ASML is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen quality governance and hands‑on shop‑floor execution within Manufacturing Services (MFS). You will merge quality systems, governance and day‑to‑day practice to turn quality intent into concrete actions close to operations.
You will lead ISO9001 audits, drive nonconformance follow‑ups and embed learning loops to ensure improvements are sustained across cross‑functional teams.
Introduction to the job Manufacturing Services (MFS) supports ASML's production factories through a broad range of logistics and manufacturing‑support services. As MFS continues to mature, quality is increasingly driven by robust systems, effective governance and strong execution close to operations. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will contribute to the further development and deployment of quality within MFS. You will operate at the intersection of quality systems, governance and shop‑floor execution, helping to turn quality intent into consistent, practical ways of working.
Act as a senior quality professional within MFS, strengthening quality systems, governance and continuous improvement. You support the organization in embedding structure, transparency and learning, while working hands‑on with operations to ensure quality is applied in day‑to‑day practice. The hands‑on senior quality engineer is comfortable working at the gemba and applying quality in practice. You have experience implementing quality in real operational environments and prefer doing, coaching and enabling over observing and reporting from a distance. You strengthen systems and governance by being close to the operation and helping teams make quality work in reality.
Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a comparable technical field.
8+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles
