Qualifications

• Hands-on practice with TDD and disciplined testing throughout the development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Take full end-to-end ownership of feature and story-based software development, from refinement through delivery to maintenance.
• Collaboratively align specifications with stakeholders in function teams and software platform teams.
• Safeguard software quality and product quality through robust engineering practices and code reviews.
• Realize high-quality software through disciplined design, thorough testing and clear, maintainable documentation.
• Act as a buddy in pair-programming sessions to elevate code quality and learning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the software development process.
• Share knowledge with colleagues across D&E and customer-facing sectors to ensure alignment.
