Job summary

Winning Consulting seeks an FX Sales professional to join a project for an international client in Amsterdam. You will research and qualify leads, make introductory calls, and build a robust FX sales pipeline while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and client interests.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll meet weekly and monthly targets, stay updated on FX movements, and collaborate across departments to drive revenue and client success.

Qualifications

• Significant FX sales experience, especially structured products.
• MiFID certification required.
• Strong communication, phone and in-person confidence.
• Goal oriented with persistence for short and long term targets.

Responsibilities

• Researching prospective clients to understand business and requirements, qualifying leads.
• Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
• Building a sales pipeline with FX sales mentors.
• Ensuring revenue targets meet FCA regulations and client interests.
• Developing internal relationships across departments.
• Staying aware of FX movements and the economy and their impact on prospects and client performance.
• Meeting weekly and monthly targets on calls, quality and sales.
• Attending training sessions, listening to calls, staying accountable, and owning success.
• Keeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.
