Job summary

Winning Consulting seeks an FX Sales professional to join a project for an international client in Amsterdam. You will research and qualify leads, make introductory calls, and build a robust FX sales pipeline while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and client interests.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll meet weekly and monthly targets, stay updated on FX movements, and collaborate across departments to drive revenue and client success.

Qualifications

• Significant FX sales experience, especially structured products.
• MiFID certification required.
• Strong communication, phone and in-person confidence.
• Goal oriented with persistence for short and long term targets.

Responsibilities

• Researching prospective clients to understand business and requirements, qualifying leads.

• Ensuring revenue targets meet FCA regulations and client interests.

• Attending training sessions, listening to calls, staying accountable, and owning success.

Winning Consulting is looking for an FX Sales to join a project for one of our international clients in the financial sctor, based in Amsterdam.

Responsabilities:

• Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifiying leads daly.
• Making introductory calls to new corporate clients.
• Building a sales pipelines alongside multiple mentors with FX sales experience.
• Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and that the interest of the client at the forefront of all sales activity.
• Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business.
• Being aware of and tanking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy and this impacts propects and client's financial performance.
• Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and sales.
• Attending regular, training sessions, taking initiative to listen to own calls and others, holidng yourself and peers accountable, owning your sucess.
• Keeping up to date with market sctucture changes and regulation.

Experience & Skills:

• Significant experience of selling FX solution, particularly structured products.
• Valid MiFID certification is required.
• Resilent, strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, as well as in person.
• Taking feedback and acting upon it fast.
• Goal - oriented and presistence, short - term and long - term.
