Functional Application Manager UKG (Pro WFM)

For one of our clients active within the retail sector, we are looking for a Functional Application Manager focusing on UKG (Pro WFM). As the Functional Application Manager, you will support the team in managing and optimising the UKG (Pro WFM) application, translating business needs into system requirements, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure stable and scalable HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising the UKG (Pro WFM) application in a dynamic, international environment
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and coordinating change requests
• Supporting second‑line incident resolution and facilitating workshops with stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with HR, Store Operations, and external suppliers to ensure smooth system performance

Qualifications

• Background within application management or similar
• 3+ years of work experience within an HR or IT environment
• Experience with UKG (Pro WFM) or similar workforce management tools
• Experience within the retail sector would be a plus
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Project Details

Hours per week: 38 hours (full‑time)
