Job summary

Quatt is building the tech behind the energy transition and plans to scale installation planning with a strong backend and AI-assisted development. You’ll own the planning core, wire the workflow to Skedulo, and evolve the sales-to-installation platform to handle growing volumes while ensuring quality and maintainability.

Qualifications

3+ years of engineering experience, with strong TypeScript across the stack and depth on the backend (Node.js).
Solid data architecture: design for scalability, maintainability, and flexibility as the business grows.
Experience with event-driven systems using webhooks, queues, and background workers, including retries and idempotency.
Ownership mindset: thorough tests, monitoring, and debugging production issues from tool to external platform.

Responsibilities

Plan the installation work: turn a signed quote into a plan of jobs with dependencies, skills, and installers, and push it to Skedulo.
