Quatt, Amsterdam-based, is building AI-powered energy transition tools. We’re looking for an AI-native engineer to ship features to real customers quickly, with small pods and full ownership.

You’ll work with models like Claude, Gemini, Grok or similar, deploy to production daily, and push for scalable, production‑grade code. You value fast feedback and impact over process, and you’re excited to ship useful tech that moves climate action.

At Quatt, we’re building the tech behind the energy transition. Our mission? To help 3 million households switch to sustainable home energy by 2030, and we’re only getting started! From a team of 25 to 300+ in just a few years, we’ve proven that speed and impact can go hand in hand. To keep up the pace, we’re looking for an AI-native engineer to join our team.

The pitch.

You and a product owner. One pod. No tickets, no managers, no sprint theater. An idea on Monday is live for real customers by Friday. You build it, you ship it, you watch people use it, you do it again. You’ll work with Claude, Gemini, Grok or whichever model enables you to deliver the best output.

You run a fleet of agents.

One of you ships what used to take a team of ten. The only cap on your output is your taste and your ambition.

• You are hooked on building. You shipped more this year than most engineers ship in three, and most of it with AI.
• You live on the frontier. You are on X at midnight watching what dropped today, and it is running on your machine by morning.
• You are young in your habits and owe nothing to how software used to be built. The old playbook bores you.
• You have taste. You know the best feature is usually the one you delete.
• You want your work out in the world, used by real people, this week.
• You understand how to build in a way that will scale in production.
