Job summary

Quatt is seeking a Senior App Developer to own the Quatt Home app, built with React Native and TypeScript. You will lead projects, translate designs into mobile interfaces, and work with live IoT data from a fleet of devices.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, backend and embedded teams to ensure a scalable, robust experience for customers and installers. The role offers hybrid work with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, 25 paid holiday days plus 8% holiday allowance, free

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience, with strong React Native / TypeScript skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Demonstrable experience developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications to the App Store and Google Play.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• We are an AI-driven engineering team: AI agents write code, engineers guide, review and own results.

Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture and development of mobile apps using React Native.
• Lead key projects from concept to completion as technical lead.
• Own features by translating UI/UX designs into intuitive mobile interfaces.
• Build on live device data to surface telemetry and energy insights.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and embedded teams.
• Write tests, monitor releases, and debug production issues end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Mentor and support other developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Drive improvements for products, codebase, and processes.
• Explore and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency.
