Corendon Hotels & Resorts in Badhoevedorp is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office Hosts and interns, ensuring warm welcomes, smooth check-ins and outs, and exceptional guest service throughout stays.

You will supervise daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to improvement ideas within the Front Office team. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; opera experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Flexible, willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Relevant work experience.
• Enthusiastic and enjoys organizing events.
• Creative in finding solutions and provides structure.
• Good at processing numbers.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with opera is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Front Office Supervisor, leading Hosts and interns.

• Oversee daily operations and administration in the Front Office.
• Contribute to improvement proposals within the Front Office Team.
