Hotelprofessionals - Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hoofddorp, a brand-new property, is seeking a hands-on Front Office Supervisor to shape guest experiences from day one. You will welcome guests, resolve issues before they arise, and lead a team across check-ins and daily operations with Opera Cloud.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Strong hospitality background preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage the guest journey from check-in to check-out.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team, handling issues with calm and decisiveness.
• Ensure smooth operations during all shifts and maintain high service standards.

Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hoofddorp is open since march 2026 and we are now looking for a passionate and hands-on Front Office Supervisor to help us set an excellent guest experience. With 281 guest rooms and 6 meeting and event rooms, the energy of a brand-new operation, this is your chance to lead, inspire, and be part of something exceptional.

As Front Office Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey, welcoming guests, solving problems before they even arise, and leading your team with confidence and care. From daily check-ins to unexpected curveballs, you’ll thrive in a role that demands flexibility, resilience, and sharp decision‑making.

You’ll inspire your team by leading from the front, motivating others in both high‑energy and high‑pressure moments. Whether it's adapting quickly to a new challenge, switching gears during busy morning, evening or day shifts, or ensuring smooth operations with Opera Cloud, you’ll bring stability and a positive energy that guests and colleagues alike can rely on.

What we’re looking for

• Self-driven and able to work independently

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Solid background in the hospitality industry

• Familiar with Opera PMS

• Availability for 30–38 hours per week
