Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark, part of the Leonardo Hotels Benelux group, seeks a guest-focused Front Office professional. You will be the main point of contact for guests, provide essential information, and ensure smooth check processes while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires leadership experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading a shift is preferred.
• Solution-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
• Enthusiastic about leading a team and delivering top service.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Flexible schedule; weekends/evenings available.
• Experience with Opera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Front Office and guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Provide guests with information and assist to ensure a smooth stay.
• Oversee room checks to maintain hotel quality standards.
• Motivate and coach colleagues to deliver best-in-class service.
